Step 1) Teach Baldo to make empanadas.

Step 2) Put in an order.

He needs a therapist specializes in addictions. Seriously, he’s like a drug addict.

Question – never having had Empanadas – I would not think that they are made and cooked one day to eat on a different day. I would think they might be assembled ahead of time, but would be cooked shortly before on the day they are to be eaten.
