Belgian waffles with chokecherry syrup. Biscuits with eggs and Canadian bacon. Steak with grits and fried eggs. Blueberry pancakes. Loin steak with eggs and hashbrowns. Smoked salmon quiche. Fried egg sandwich with Hemmpler’s bacon. Assorted teas. Pirate Coffee.

Dry, I remembered a show on Nickelodeon that I used to watch with the girls. They had a nekked man called “The Flesh” Here is his discription; The Flesh “He’s super strong and super naked!” — A blond, muscular, dim-witted bodybuilder who never wears clothes. His catch phrases include simple, immature terms such as “ouchies”, “oopsies”, and “yummers”. The Flesh usually gets in the way of the other Action Leaguers when they’re trying to save the day (by injuring them), but means no harm. His super power is super strength and he has been shown capable of lifting things many times his size such as busts and bricks. The figure used for Flesh was a modified Conan the Adventurer action figure.

Well, I’m sure Cleo can lift busts without any trouble! He’s probably an expert in that particular talent! :-D

sorry i ran off yesterday! i had a suprise myself at how fast i had to leave.

the first day went great. i can home and passed out. lol today had no classes but tomorrow i do it all over again.

my communications teacher is the only one im not sure about then next is biology, the teacher seems great then break then i have history, the teacher seems to be a good one. then i have art, i so love her already.

yep done then home. :D

so i may not have art on fridays ill find out tomorrow.

Carmy Yes, I am glad to be back in my own bed, although I had a wonderful summer.

I just wish they hadn’t fumigated the place while I was gone. I spent fur hours replacing everything in my kitchen after putting down shelf paper and washing things. Ugh.

It has been hot this summer up here. But not too much now.

JFri It is a lot of work, and I am still not finished. I couldn’t move in my apt. because they put everything on the floor. I’ve been gone four months, and so this was not great.

Shika, it was very hot here in FL too and our air conditioning went out twice here in our house. It seemed like it picked the hottest days to break down too.

No, I was told by my doctor to quit taking my blood pressure meds! I have lost 30 pounds and now weigh 205 pounds! (That’s just under 100 kilos for you Canucks.)

Actually, I have lost 40 pounds since my highest weight

JFri, my husband’s BP went down too after he lost some weight. Shika, I am doing okay. I have my ups and downs, but overall I’m good. PTL!

JFri I still go by pounds, LOL. I forget what I weigh in kilos.

I won’t even tell you what I gained over the last two years. Something to do with studying I guess.

Carmy, it was 100/76 on Friday!

I lost about 15 pounds since I got back from Texas. I was having trouble with my appetite. I’m eating better now, but I’ve managed not to gain that weight back somehow.

Mua says meow! He had a good summer too. He loved visiting the residents where my mom stays. He became the mascot. So did I, I think.

Wow, JFri That is good pressure. Really low.

Carmy I am glad that you are eating again. Don’t worry about the weight. As long as you feel okay.

Good job, Carmy! My next victory will be around 10/21 when I get my cholesterol rechecked. It was 150 with my triglycerides at 68 last month.

BTW, BP Oil bought new work boots for the Navy personnel because their boots were ruined while cleaning up the oil spill.

Carmy LOL! No, I didn’t set off any more alarms. I did take a service there, but my sermon wasn’t hell fire and brimstone, so no alarms, lol!

That’s a hard way to get new boots. It’s been a bad summer for oil spills.

I get my BP, temp, weight and blood checked regularly and they have all been good. JFri, I bet you feel much better too. Shika, I hope you get to “see” Cleo before you have to go to bed.

Shika, LOL! I bet they miss the fire alarm excitement! My husband got new boots and he hasn’t even cleaned up any oil. He did get qualified to do that job though.

Tee-hee! Mua never did see the bird. But I’ll bet he wished he could see him. His names is Sky and he is the most beautiful blue budgie I’ve seen. I really got to kow him.

Mua went visiting in all the rooms that were open. He’d walk in, stroll around, and then on to the next room. He spent the night in moms room once.

Shika, I have been busy over the last week, company from both sides of my family, but after tomorrow things should lighten up a bit.

cleo I will try to hang out before school starts again. It has been a busy summer for me. Now I am home, I hae some time to myself again.

Did you see my comment about Strip Loin? Do you have those steaks in the States? It seems that you call some cuts differently than we do.

We have strip loins and it depends on where you live in the states as names very on cuts throughout.

Mua followed me around like a dog. People couldn’t get over how he would trot after me in the hallway.

Shika, my cousin who left today to go back to her home in Canada, has a cat that loves to go for a walk with her and her dogs. He just walks along keeping pace with the group.

Shika, we found out last Monday he has severe hip displaysia and can’t run very much any more. But I will still let him run in limited amounts.

cleo, how did Century Bath work out for you?

Hip dysplaysia is common for labs. I din’t think other breeds got it too. How old is he?

I like taking Mua with me, but don’t dare to in the city.

I think I’d best get off to bed now. I am glad I got to chat a bit with the three of you. It’s always good to hang ut with you.

JFri, we really like the Century Bath Medicine Cabinets, but with all of the company we have not had a chance to find an outlet for them. Are there stores in the PNW that carry them? Does your cabinet have inside electrical outlets and what do you think of them?

JFri, our toughest decisions at this moment are what to put on the floor and shower walls. LilG started out with marble for the walls, which I knew was going to blow our budget, but she is the Little General, so we got the bid, now we are exploring alternatives, with no clear decision on what to use, at this point.

We went with tile and it was reasonable and looks very nice, on both the floors and the walls.
