I went and watched our local women’s rowing team race against Gonzaga and U of Puget Sound. I just walked down to the bridge on our lake and watched it from there. Our girls have won the National Championship for 6 years in a row. Our new dock surfacing begins probably next week. Kaching!!

Watching the ladies huh? Bet you had binoculars, didn’t you? ;-) Is that dock opearble enough for a boat? I’m sailing away here and might as well dock at your place as well as any other!

Yes we have cleats and bumpers to tie up your boat.

Good! We’re floating away here, LOL! Remember the wet laundry room I mentioned that has only gotten wet about 3 times since we’ve lived here? It is REALLY REALLY WET NOW! And it’s only been pouring for about 9 hours.

I am sorry you are getting so much rain. How long are you supposed to get the deluge?

It has slowed down now, but now we are under a tornado watch, flood watch, flood warning and wind advisory! The rain is supposed to get heavy again later on this evening and then change to light showers overnight. Then tmr. windy and warm. I can’t complain, as I said, I like rain. AND IT AIN’T SNOW!!! Our yard, and everyone else’s for that matter is saturated! And the rain is running down the hill like a little river. Of course, that’s because there is only one storm drain on the street. LOL!

Hang tight Dry! We are off to have dinner with the man who was the best man at my last marriage. We live within a few miles of one another, but lost touch after I moved to Seattle to go back to school. It has been at least 10 years since I last saw him. We got back in touch through Facebook. I don’t even use it, but what can I say?

Hopefully, I will see the Locos before turnover.

Hola. Looks like everyone is busy today.

I behaved myself Dry! Sort of. We had extra cash from the Student Council to spend and so I obliged by having another pint. I slept so well that I slept through two alrms this morning and missed half my morning appintment.

But I feel GREAT! I passed my Greek exam! I got the email today. We all passed this time. Last semester some of us had to do a make up assignment.

So I may be celebrating with ouso next. ;-)

We are getting lots of rain today too, but I don’t think it is as bad as what you are getting. But the wind blew my umbrella inside out!
