The Carlisle’s dog looks an awful lot like Scooter – in his youth, ten years ago. “Hey, you think you’ve got a dog whistle? I’ve got your dog whistle, right here!”

You are supposed to watch Cleo, but I think you two will join forces. Maybe with the Narc in the Dark as well, though he is a shady character.

Today’s Cleo comes from “Big Daddy” Nighthawks….

who has probably been drawing that finky rat since back in junior high… and just looking for a way to use him.

Well, it may have been “Dinosaur Fink” way back then….

since Nighthawks was probably not far behind me in school.

BTW, the Carlisle’s dog does look a bit like a young Scooter…

but I think he’s quite a bit smaller.

I think it’s Scooter’s talented cousin Elmo….

whose father, they say, was Scooter’s great-uncle Leroy….

His mother was a small, cute dog named Bubbles…. who, though short-haired, was rather the Miss-Millie-High-Maintenance of her day.

In any case… let’s not go to the Carlisle’s house today…

And don’t forget about that evil thing up the street. The evil cat with a bat who has that revenge thing about a Cleo Bassat.

I love Cleo’s halo. She’s such a sweetheart. Always doing a good deed. Always making us laugh. And look at all the new friends she has. What a sweetheart.

This is getting scary. Now I’m afraid to look in the sink.

That looks like ratfink with a heart of gold, no problem Cleo, you can handle him!!!

Wouldn’t dogs whistle in the ultrasound? :)
