Do you feel better now, Ben? Maybe you need to smash a toaster as well.

Where did that lamp come from in the second panel ? And who painted the wall?

    Good morning, all!

Night, actually, for me…. but it’s technically morning… and “Good night” means something quite different (why is that?)

    Anyhow… time to talk about

the Feb 22nd  2019 “CLEO and COMPANY”

Which I usually say is on Sherpa…

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

but if you go there now, you’ll be sent right back here!

Wait just a cotton-pickin’ minute! Did I say today?

Nighthawks, you posted that 11 days ago…. and nobody jumped the fence and saw it ahead of time?

    Wow.

They just don’t make Fokkers like they used to, I guess.

Especially at small cartoon companies, where they have to buy parts from places like Used Animation Frames Inc, and Rust Я Us.

I hope they didn’t buy discount insurance for Cleo….

She’s their biggest asset, and they’re dropping her from the skies?

Maybe Nighthawks did a good job of blending inks so we can’t see the wires.

I’m not falling from the sky but I am in a bit of an awkward position.

    I mean…. here’s our favorite doggy star… in a German plane?

On a mission against … I hate to say it…. a pretty beloved beagle.

Germany is a pal today…. in WWI, not so much.

And I’ve had my troubles with a few from the Schulz organisation… but I don’t wanna take it out on Snoopy.

Anyway…. was it just too big for Sherpa?

    I see it’s almost 2 Mb.

Funny that’s OK in the forums but not in a comic.

Well…. I do know why…. though pretty stingy of them.

An extra Mb would take up a wee bit more space on their server and use a little extra bandwidth for viewing it.

Linked images are stored on other sites, and use their bandwidth…. which is why I never understood disallowing our pictures and links like they did 2 years ago.

it’s hard to think that gocomics is anti-fun, but it sure looks that way. I , like you Susan, fail to understand what their motive for

disallowing our images and going back a little further the videos we used to post….

anyway, as for today’s animation, when I put it together and stel ol bel gave me the bad news that it was way too big

for gocomics…..I opted to post it the way I drew it up not and truncate it like we have had to do in animations past……in fact the

animation I did a couple years ago about a fellow that turned into a werebasset after he came in contact with another werebasset’s

slobber was originally an animation, but it was so big and bloated (as far as gocomics was concerned) that I had to make it

    non-animated

I don’t really know the size limit that some of these websites that offer free imaging are…..but if it’s a lot, it would be cool to

start experimenting with applying sound to some of these animations …..sound , while taking up a lot of room, adds SO much

more to a short animation. that would of course , require a learning curve in animation production, but this battered old body

and mind are up to it….at least for now

That’s a lot of explaining when all you needed to say was …

    CHEAPSKATE!

(couldn’t even afford the “s” after “cut”)

P.S. My Favorite Part was when the tailskid fell off.

I do that too, you old scalawag…..after seeing my comment posted, I think of something else to add…..or something to correct.

but anyway, you don’t realize how much those extra letters cost….most especially ’s’s"

I’ll say the same thing my dad used to say: “YOU THINK WE’RE MADE OF MONEY?”
