If these are Roger and his clones, the fourth one is out of step. But it is not easy to dance en pointe in those Oxfords. Another explanation is that this is JVA’s way of showing a blur of activity by Roger alone. But I like the clone idea proposed by ponytail56.

Not only does Cleo wear purplie eye shadow with her red makeup, it appears she has also employed purplie nose liner!

In a pandemic, I’m sure the turnout will be less than big.

Up top there, on Ballard Street, I suppose “enthusiasm” is one word you could use to describe what’s coming from the garage. “Fumes” might be another.

Howdy Cleo friends and family….bring all the grandkids….

to the January 21st, 2021 “Cleo and Company”, …on Sherpa!

Cleo Clifford, the big red basset…..

    beloved of puppies everywhere…

a staple of PBBS *, starring in her own movie!

Wow… what an absolute ton of red fur dye it must have taken!

    And pounds of purplie shadow…..

( * Public Basset Broadcasting Network.)

    Oh. Wait.

They didn’t make Cleo gain 1500 pounds and grow 6 stories high, did they.

She’d never agree to ruin her girlish figure…. she still has glamorous parts ahead of her.

Camera tricks. That’s what it was.

A gallon of fur dye…. and a few pots of purplie shadow, by the time shooting was over.

    Still.. a lot.

My congratulations to the excellent stylists.

I wondered if there was a copydog human version….

But I didn’t see anything with a big red person.

    Then I realised….

heck, there are humans in Cleo’s version, since she found small roles for Clara and Claude.

But there’s also a wonderful cast of bassets and other dogs.

    Finally, I found one…

but instead of a human star, they used another breed of dog!

    What’s the point?

There are a few humans…. but all the species are mixed up….

it looks like Claude’s role went to a cow!

<pThey didn’t have a big star like Cleo, so they didn’t use their dog’s first name!

And they made the smaller animals do tricks.

You don’t see Clara balancing a huge…. um…. what is that thing? … while standing on Cleo’s paw.

    NO… she keeps her dignity.

(Disclaimer: parts of the preceding comment contain recycled content.)

My computer has figured out yet another way to drive me crazy!

My keyboard seems to be only working to type (sometimes) or to paste…

I can’t do both in one comment and the page has to be refreshed in between.

So I had to paste portions of the above in one window, type portions in another…

then copy them and paste both to the same place.

    Dedication.

I finally get it pasted… and now I see that Tigressy has already “borrowed” my link.. so you have it twice. Sigh….

I’m going to reboot and see what happens…

Meanwhile…. nice of Roger and the guys to practice so ard for their Inauguration Day extravaganza!

Um… you guys do know it was Wednesday, right?

Oh…. and I don’t think that’s all meant to portray Roger in motion….

    OR him and his clones.

I think that’s four different men.

They’re trying to dress alike for the show…

But Roger’s shirt has a pocket, and Nick’s has a different collar.

Nick also desperately needs a haircut. And only Phil wears glasses…

Hey I don’t do al those Find the Differences puzzles for nothing.
