Having spent many years in the industrial construction business, Russell knows, safety comes first. With the invention of the photo eye, Russell can proceed with confidence that his immediate area of authority will be safe and secure even in the unforeseen event of, twilight work. Russell looks forward to the responsibilities of answering questions and giving directions which comes with the strategically placed barricades. Although there are some who will, perhaps at times, insinuate that he is a “nut case”; most people experience a heightened awareness of their surroundings and a new found appreciation of due diligence. Not a well known fact, but true none the less, Public Safety is Russell’s hidden passion.
