His daily duties now include not only back up alerts, but also automatic garage door monitoring, timed lawn sprinkler disengagements, photo eye lighting checks and rheostat adjustments, electronic erimeter fence observations, examine pest control devices, quality control for garbage pickups, supervise pool cleaning and maintenance crews, over head power line watchmen, scrutinize foot traffic on paved walkways, screens all door bell engagements, early alerts for scheduled personal appointments, paw stamps all delivered mail, monitors newspaper delivery placement and checks plastic packaging, disburses tree rodents, rendezvous with neighborhood border patrol, keeps an eye on posted television screen alters for phone and faxes, and finally as a true commitment to excellence, ensures quite time from 1:00 to 3:00 week days and 1:00 to 4:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
