Yeah, that’s one thing that I love about Ballard St….. all these crazy but somehow loyal old guys,who still WANT to get their frumpy, sometimes even crabby, old wives’ attention…

and keep eagerly trying novel ways to do it.

When you get to my age, you’re not looking for handsome or thin or athletic or any of the things guys seem to think we women need…if we’re smart we don’t care if they’re grey or balding or paunchy… if they can’t run like they could, or climb trees…But golly, am I ever impressed by the look in Jeffrey’s eyes.

I suppose a flag is better than a whistle.

Hey Red…. I asked for one waaaay back there on yesterday…Service is pretty slow around here….Did that Monkey fall asleep already?

Sitting here now watching Military Channel. Watching the Mud Ducks as we were called pulling a tank our of the mud. I drove one of those M88. They said their tank only had 700 plus HP. That is a diesel. I had the gas version. 1790 cu inches. 1300 horsepower. The engine and transmission was as big as a Ford Crown Vic weighed over 20 tons. Drove it in Alaska at Ft Greely 73-75. Never tossed the track. Not one time. I was proud of that. Damn thing was hard to put back on.

Storm…. I sure hope you mean male strippers….I was thinking of a Grandma sort of tea, but if we’re thinking of having a wild bash at the Tiki instead, we’d better ask the Monkey…If that works out, my yurt’s a bit far for those guys to walk in their… um… outfits.

In any case I’m about to be gone for the day… and Bev is still far from home…so remember we’re talking about Monday.
