For Scooter, this a a comforting reminder of puppyhood…
His early life at Lame Valley Laboradors, Lhasas ‘n More long behind him, his litter-mates and half siblings scattered about the county, he has never lost his fond memories of it all, and of his mother’s loving care….
Sorry I missed you you. But, actually, I am up at my normal going-to-work time. I check out a few of my favorite strips before heading into the office because I may not be able to check in once I get in. I eexpect to be rather scarce during the day all next week.
I agree on Steve Martin- never would have imagined him doing Bluegrass, but he’s good and obviously enjoying it.
That’s what important after all! I love white hair as I have told my lover (who colors his).
The view of Simon reminds me of clotheslines in other old movies (on pulleys between tenement buildings). I guess that could be called a poor man’s ZIP line – ;-D
I remember about 11 years ago, maybe even a bit more, pepsi came out with something called pepsi blue. It looked like mouthwash in the bottle. It was a big thing cuz the kids wanted it cuz of the color. But it was supposedly terrible.Once the novelty of the color wore off, I remember an IGA store up here actually GIVING it away for free to get rid of it and having trouble doing even that.
Just stopped in for a quicky (nightcap, so no misunderstanding) and wondered why the comments were so diminished. Very weird and I assume it is the envidious person to whom so many have referred recently as the sort who live under a bridge. (although in SCA, that word refers to a site fee).

Stel, Bev, your tomato baskets are already on the counter in my salon kitchen.
If you come by before noon, don’t wake me up.
Later I’ll put the coffee on…. and bake an experimental cherry tomato pie.
No, sillies, not cherries and tomatoes…. cherry tomatoes. With maybe cheese, onions breadcrumbs and egg.
Oooh maybe like this:
We can decide whether I should sell them in my pie shop.
(Don’t worry Monkey… they’ll never replace banana cream.)
Good night Ballard Street!

When asked what he did all day, Scooter said that he was just hanging around at Simon’s.
