A mani-pedi takes a fair amount of time, as you know, and I have a 5:17 haircut….Any chance you can come at 3:44?

I love the manicure and even the first photo had me thinking more along the lines of Susan’s version (I rather file finger nails to a point). I have the old polish off now a few days, but was cutting and filing toenails while watching “Chef Wanted” before going up to bed last night. I don’t plan any outing with toes showing soon, so I just want those short and smooth to not snag my sheets.

I might do that look if it did not involve buying both orange and yellow (normally never in my wardrobe). I still have white from the flags that I did a few times.

I FINALLY got into my flickr so I can show you my hat and boots and I think I’ll wear this shirt that I must have sewn at least 30 years ago (with snaps at the bottom)<img src=‘’URL’width=’350’>‘width=’350’>Does this size of hat show the silver butterfly pin with garnets?

Shirt did not show and I did not decide which jeans to wear- regular white or low-rise blue with a sequin belt?

Good to talk to you again too, Essex (ref. yesterday’s comments section). Nice photo BTW – it proves that a shark can make a great pet but they do need a lot of exercise, and it can be a right pain getting the collar to stay in place round that dorsal fin!

I disapprove of extending dog leads….many times I’ve been entangled whilst “Poochikins” can’t decide where to defecate. In this city, the dog bins are over-flowing and we are told to put don mess in the regular bins….which are also overflowing..Why do I pay my Council Tax?

Yes, 2Old do put on the sunscreen more than once (and use some umbrellas or big hats while you’re at it.And Ling, glad to hear your eye surgery went well and your friend is nursing you. I’d rather have one of the kids with me after a facelift. I’m starting to have 2nd thoughts (not so much about the cost, tho’ it is a part) but that the surgeon wants me to take BP meds strong enough to ASSURE that it is low throughout the operation and healing. And suspend all my vitamins for 2 weeks before and after (a whole month)

I realize that C and E as well as a few of the odd-ball ones can thin the blood, but if anything I would want to INCREASE the B complex for healing and at least take the others as normal. I did a little research today, but (aside from the 1-1/2 days at the facility) I WILL make my own decisions.

Just dropping in to say hello and goodnight, lest anyone forget I exist! With my big mouth at times, how could you forget me?

Ling very glad to hear your surgery went well. Our eyes I think are our most precious gift of all, even though the other senses are quite valuable too.

Had trouble even typing the end of that. Flikr tab made both tabs freeze. While trying, I was thinking about Bev’s mani (I’m no expert like Susan- only do my own) but I’m thinking the whole nail would be opaque yellow, then a gel or translucent orange with opaque white (as I said, I’ve only the white and have no use for the others (although I have a full set of epoxy enamels that I bought to do Fitroy’s brass urn/box.

I liked the nails better without the glitter too. I could see how the glare spilled over to the flesh of fingers. Susan mentioned time – and both Susan and Stel claim to use Paint.

Does that mean that you apply all those dots of glitter individually? and save HOW MANY frames? and what program puts them back into a GIF? I found some free sites which can make a GIF with my webcam (still have not posted, and that is for Larry’s site anyway). I did NOT see how to put my drawings into a GIF. I’m rather slow in some things.
