Skeeter Squirrel will never forget that Carl put the bird feeder at the top of a greased pole, thererby thwarting his efforts at swiping the sunflower seeds.

Let Roscoe out the side door so Skeeter won’t see him coming. That’ll teach him!

Carl’s day… or at least his mood… will improve if he comes to the Tiki.Today’s lunch specials include a nice big bowl of Brunswick stew!

Comes with your choice of cole slaw, green salad, or jello with bananas (that was you-know-who’s addition cos he will not touch a vegetable that wasn’t cooked in stew) (and he does own the place, after all)

Plus our house-made biscuits and my own mixed berry jam.

@pcolli — I can see why there won’t be much fuss over pi day on your side of the pond…

… I mean, where would you even write the reminder on your calendar?

Actually, though…. pi day IS celebrated over there…though being deprived of the correct date format, the mathematics teachers and tech geeks are forced to accept an Approximate Pi Day….which occurs annually on 22/7.
