O.K. The ole Captain here, has a couple of remedies, non-alcoholic ( surprise, surprise !! ) for those of you with the cobbleywobs or acidic stomachs.

All time best – even for mild food poisoning – is a tea made from dried ( or fresh if you’re into that ) oregano ! Simply boil the water, pour it over about a small handful ( a couple of tablespoons worth ) of oregano, let it steep for a few minutes, strain and drink.

The second is Anise Tea, which you can either purchase in tea bag form ( Hornemann’s Tea brand ) or make it yourself – same way as with oregano, only less anise ( about a tablespoon’s worth ).

No need to ride you bike down those stairs, anymore.

I can’t stomach watching Murray’s movements, er, moving on a bike. I think my digestion just stopped. My brain too.

    Good Night Ballard Ears.
