Like peas in a pod, those four.

(Yeah, I know it’s the obvious gag. But somebody had to say it.)

Looks like your basic English pea, to me. But sugar snap sounds better.

Don’t make fun of that sucker, at least not out loud. Mildred Ghravrenton sewed it using pea green felt she ordered especially from Dennis’s Fabric and Fish. The pod was easy, the peas however, were made from rubber bands. She wrapped for months. Each ball took 425,757,001 rubber bands!

Okay, snap to it, Sugar. We have to hit the snow and have a field day.

I hope the group flourishes and goes international. We really need world pees.

I hope that the boys didn’t find this pod out in a field. Otherwise, we might be seeing another reboot of “Invasion of the Bodysnatchers.”

I love sugar snap peas… so I thought about joining.

    But then I realised….

I also love English peas, and snow peas….

and green beans, and Romano beans….

and what about the ones we don’t eat fresh….the dried navy beans and frijoles and split peas and lentils?

Would I need to join separate clubs for every legume I enjoy?

Would one long green pod-like costume do for all their different parades, or would I have to invest in a dozen, of slightly different shapes and shades?

Why can’t we have one, all-embracing, Legume Society?

    Who’s with me?

    Um…. anybody?

You guys talk about peas on Earth, but you don’t want to help create “peas” among the local legumes?

    Meanwhile….

    Happy Pi Day!

I hope you’ll all agree on having a piece of pi…..

    http://images.mentalfloss.com/sites/default/files/1024hertzgamma.jpg

Pi Day is very special to me, being the proprietor of the biggest (and I like to think best, of course) local pie shop.

Still taking orders for Pie Day pies….

or enjoy a slice all day at the Tiki .. free with any purchase, to celebrate the holiday!

For those of you for whom today is 14 March…..

I’ll try to remember to do it again on 22/7.

All they are saying is “Give peas a chance.” They are all saying “Give peas a chance.” Repeatedly. This mutant experimental strain demands their worship. They’ve formed a cultivar.
