Joy is fleeting but Randy charges by the hour.

It looks like Randy has his work cut out for him. Mr. Neely is one tough case! However, if he succeeds, he’ll be elevated to the joy consultant hall of fame (and get to raise his prices).

Randy actually doesn’t need the balloons, he is naturally rather light on his feet.
