Dan’s making a mockery of his furniture.
i guess it’s getting to be that time of year…
you know… when a sudden burst of exuberance makes a guy do crazy things….
yet a nagging voice says a somersault would be out of the question….
He can throw caution aside, but not quite to the wind.
So…. upside down it is…. on the nearest chair!
He must heed the call of…. um… pardon me?
Still Winter, you say?
No, no…. just look at the floor.
Deep inside that chair, it was obviously Spring time!
Well, I suspect that Roger wasn’t exactly expecting it. Especially those springs, OW!
Roger is a thrifty soul (sorry). He has had his soles replaced, and has taps on his heels. He must love those shoes. Too bad he is not standing on them.
time to spring for a new chair
“While you are down there, look and see how much change you can find, dear. We need to take the car to the carwash.”
I think this is more about the age of the person than the age of the chair.
The secret entrance to the club house is still a work in progress.
What one might expect from such a card.
Might expect it, but that doesn’t make it fun. Which is worse? A spring up your nose, or up your…. Well, you know, what you sit on.
If that piece of furniture were a little wider, this would be “Head over Heels in Love…..seat”! ;o]
Better ideas spring to mind.
That is no longer an easy chair…
“Help!!! Help!!” “It smells like Dorthy”s butt in here."
If I tried to do a handstand on a chair or anything else, I would expect a much worse out come……it would probably include a trip to the hospital.
“I wondered where that lawnmower went.”
It’s uncertain whether the cotton on the floor came from the chair or Dan’s head.
That’s going to hurt coming out..
Sorry to interrupt with sad news…
But Last Rose just asked me to post that she’s taking a break…
Her husband, Dale, passed away this morning.
Our hearts go out to you, Rose…
Take care.
