It’s Biff’s owner’s fault. Water collects in the plugged drain hole and freezes every night cracking the concrete. I made that mistake with a large concrete planter that did the same thing. No animal was harmed, fortunately.

Bad dog.

Hmmmmm. I figured there might be a little chihuahua under the crumbled planter. And Biff just happened to be lucky.
