Five minutes later, she was wondering who Marcie was.

My local TV news station has been following the life of a teenaged girl who was hit in the head and wakes up every morning as if it’s the day of her brain injury. It became worse to the point she was losing memory during the day, too. Doctors have been baffled, but the amount of publicity, including a DOCTOR OZ interview and a feature in a national magazine have brought lots of theories and medical procedures. That child and her family are in my prayers every night. What a horrible thing to happen to them all.
