That’s a hoot

It’s good to see that the sheriff’s men are doing their duty and taking Elmer ‘Hoot’ Gibson in for keeping everyone awake all night.

Elmer was a hoot in High School. His nickname was " Hoot n’ Toot. He had a rather overactive digestive system.

Can’t wait to see his booking photo.
