I wonder why Vern is now wearing a flipper on his head.

The Frogman was confused. He thought it was Mallard Street and he was looking to take a dip in the pond. Then he saw Vern and he found his “dip”.

Perhaps Vern should have refrained from humorously yelling “Hey, there’s no-one named Lily Pond on Ballard Street!”

There is a Bette Midler bit in which she prays that if she becomes an old lady walking down the street with fried eggs on her head that nobody notices or if they do notice that they do not ask her about it.
