For once, Ted can truthfully blame something on the dog.

…and her night time hot flashes.

One of our cats likes to sleep on the bed. She’s a good foot warmer.

No sympathy

It’s the generous size of Ted’s helpings that made Pork Chop into the dog he is today.

Is that Scooter? I love Scooter!

No wonder Ted’s farts smell like Alpo.

And they both often seem to get bouts of Restless Dog Syndrome…

At least he is not sleeping under the blankets.

Dogs take their Zen bliss very, very seriously.

… just as soon as they’re convinced their running launch into the sack has gone undetected.

I saw a documentary on sleep problems. A woman was having so much trouble sleeping she agreed to have a video camera put in her bedroom for diagnosis. As soon as I saw the Great Dane, two seconds into the video, I knew what the “sleep problem” was. Wanna bet she did not believe the researchers?

A small price for the endearing K9 affection.

Ted will be really upset when he realizes that all those gas pills Susan forced him to take were unnecessary.

I rarely slept well with my cats. But I miss them now.
