The problem is always packaged salads! Restaurants don’t use packaged salads. Well, unless you count sandwich shops like Subway as a restaurant. Using their loose definition of the term would include sidewalk hotdog stands or falafel stands…….which I do not!

Yesterday, or the day before, there was a recall of packaged salads, due to listeria.
