The sausage is from your other neighbor.
It’s hard to be indignant before you’ve had breakfast.
My neighbor also has chickens who wander into my yard but I’m never the recipient of free eggs.
Given the implied size of his property (from other days), the neighbors must be broadcasting that rooster through a loud speaker.
Smooth move sending over the eggs though.
Just finished my coffee, now maybe an egg or two… maybe with a pancake or two.
My grandma used to send us out to the henhouse in the morning to gather the eggs for breakfast. I can assure you, what we were eating was only distantly related to what you buy in the store; fresh-laid eggs = pure heaven!
Nothing beats fresh eggs in the morning!
