Entirely too true. We can’t learn from our mistakes if we keep changing history to show that everything was someone else’s fault.
I remember seeing the movie with Alan Ladd where Bowie had the 2 foot long knife (Arkansas Toothpick) made from the steel in a meteorite. Them’s the facts and Alan Ladd would never lie.
For reference, “Cimabue” is pronounced “chee-muh-BOO-way,” lending itself to “jim-BO-wee.”
When I first saw the name written, I pronounced it “SIM-a-byoo.”
She forgot land swindler, slave smuggler and trader, and illegal immigrant. Also, he was sick in bed and did not defend the Alamo.

And David was his dhampyr son.
A for creativity; D- for execution of her assignment….
remember the alamo? know why it was fought? Mexico had freed the slaves…Texas said no way
I’m disappointed. I googled Cimabue, and couldn’t find a trace of the revisionist history she cites. I must be using the wrong search engine.
