When the guy from Metalica said he’d never heard of Garth Brooks & I hadn’t heard of either of them.

From the clips I’ve seen on YouTube, I finally figured out how to pronounce the name of her recent world tour…….she was showing it to everyone. And I might add it was a very nice one indeed.

You’re old when you’ve deployed a stat mux is and no one else has even heard of one.

And it was probably a “gateway” device, combining the two functions.

Give that wiseacre a Rotary Phone with instructions to show how it’s used, and laugh at him! ☺

I hate to sound old but when did modems need to be called routers ?

I just use the modem that came with the line from our local LEC. Used to use a router in addition to it, but it would constantly reset itself and caused so many issues I recycled it. With a hammer. All our wi-fi devices work just fine on the modem. ymmv.
