The sad thing is that he is not alone with that opinion. Throughout my life, I have been inundated with with people telling me that I would regret not having children. The worst were always women who would say nasty stuff like “you don’t know what it is like to be a woman unless you have children.” Men on the whole, were far nicer than women when it came to this “childless, cat lady”. I will be 68 in less than 2 months, and still have never regretted my decision not to procreate. My kitties are the only children I need.
