Just before leaving for work one day I stepped in dog poop. As I was the first one in at work, i needed to be there on time. I put a plastic bag over the offensive boot and rubber banded a handful at the top. Sure enough I had an early customer and after sometime he finally said “Ok I’ll bite, what’s with the bag on your foot.”

I’ve done it – not because galoshes were too expensive, but because I didn’t have any at the time, and I needed to cross a vast expanse of soupy mud.

Some people would rather not spend money on something you only need every so often. Now if it is something you have to deal with on a regular basis, invest in buying the item.

Don’t try them in the snow! They are slicker than owl po-doo and you will surely lose whatever is left if your dignity when you go TU.

when i was little, way back in the stone age, kids used to put their feet in wonder bread bags before putting on their boots. they made your feet go in easier and kept them even drier than boots alone.
