I wear a watch so I don’t have to pull the phone out of my pocket to check the time. .

Tablets are turning into laptops; laptops are replacing desk tops; phones are becoming tablets. I will buy when it all becomes one item.

How often do you really need to look at a watch/clock? My computer has the time on the taskbar; my car has the time on the dash, my phone has the time displayed, my oven, microwave, coffee maker and DVD player all have the time displayed. I agree with Scott.

Finally something says it like it is. I can’t find a single reason for having a smart watch

Yeah, I’d much rather have someone keep looking at their Smartphone while I’m talking to them…

Smart phones do the same things as Google Glass, without the attacks from paranoids and theater managers.

Well, there may be times that you can’t wear clothes with pockets but can still wear a watch, or maybe you want to keep your pockets relatively empty. Apart from that, the only advantage is not needing a moment to reach into your pocket. That said, Scott has made equally dumb purchases in BI.
