I think MulletBoss is stretching the definition of ‘classic’ a bit. Looking at the Disney Animated Canon, I count exactly 12 movies that would have been out when this strip was published. (Tangled, Frozen, Zootopia and Moana have since been added)…
But it’s hard to justify counting Tarzan or Bolt, or Dinosaur among the classics. I’d even have a hard time counting Mulan among them at the time this came out…barely a decade out is awful soon to call it a classic.
