Early on, one of my managers insisted that reports be sent by email and printed out and put into his inbox. When I pointed out that the printer was closer to his office than mine he responded. I’m taking votes on what you think the response was:
a He told me to send a copy to his “office assistant” to print it out and put it into his inbox
b He had IT move the printer closer to the team’s space.
c He said he’d handle the printing himself
d He said it would be okay to put the printed copies into his “office assistant” ’s inbox instead of his.
I found a fax in the machine and took it to the manager. I told him it didn’t have a name, but it looked important. It was a medication for a fat bald guy with a small penis and ED.
