I’ve been trying to catch you. Ft. DeRussey/Waikiki was my favorite beach and I’m sure I was there that week. I know I was there New Years Day, snorkeling with my spear gun. Always entered the beach between the hotel and the Ft. property, right at the breakwater.

As for the strip, sometimes people need to lay off the cologne/perfume, and sometimes they need some… it all depends on the person’s hygiene…

Sorry folks, but I usually post very late and missed Joe with a question. The original question did follow the comments. Just trying to catch him to determine if we were on the same Hawaiian beach at the same time in 1968. If I had another way to make contact, I would have used it. I did look for one before posting here.

I have to wonder if a lot of the flak here isn’t because Joe irritates a lot of folks, as I have never seen anyone else called out for making a personal exchange.

regardless, just take a bath/shower at least once a day

It’s just the idea that someone you bumped into in a place like this you may have bumped into 1/4 way around the world, over 40 years ago. Just blows my little mind.
