An overflowed septic system will NOT help the grass. You can ask my neighbors who have yet to get their lawn back after all the digging to find the ruptured tile two years ago. Erma Bombeck (RIP) really didn’t have it right, but the line was funny, x_tech.
And the plumber is the LAST guy to tell about it. He’ll just refer you to the Septic Tank guy. Who will refer you to the Tile Guy. It’s all kind of like finding the right specialist to remove your goiter.
I help install and repair septic systems and have done close to a hundred. Last year we were rebuilding one and had the old tank pumped and then pulled out the old collapsed metal tank and there was a very large, live bull frog in the bottom of that mess. I couldn’t eat frog legs again for……….a week!

The green grass may be the envy of the neighborhood, but the stench will keep them away.

Our local pumper has a sign on his tank truck that says he takes a lot of s… from a lot of people, but he tired of taking it from Congress.
