Works for me. That’s my kind of 12-point program.

I just eat when I’m hungry (and not when I want something without being hungry). I’m not fat at all. How’s that for a secret: “Only eat when you’re hungry.”

    Ever see a fat Romulan?

I’ll bet those binges are daily, if not more frequent.

Actually, Fat Broad is right. Successful weight loss practically demands an occasional binge, as long as you don’t go totally over the cliff, and you plan for it — i.e., compensate for it before and after. (Weight Watchers® knows this, and it’s why it works for me.)

Romulans are skinny because they never eat. TKlingons are a little hefty because they are always eating (when they’re not fighting)Crew of the Enterprise are inbetween. They always seemed to have Tribbles when it came to getting food. Or food fights. .As for Fat Broad – sounds like she’s going for the 80-20 rule. Just as long as the 20% binge stays at 20% or less! .Happy New Year Cave-Dwellers!

Another testimonial to the occasional binge: I made a new year’s resolution to lose weight last year, not because of my weight but because of my blood pressure. I factored in an occasional (once a week) binge day, and have lost 30 pounds since last year. BP has also gone down by about 20 points for both systolic and diastolic.

It’s simple, schedule a cheat day, and you don’t feel guilty for cheating. Schedule a cheat day you cheat and feel you are keeping to your diet, schedule a cheat day and you are not a failure.
