I’m surprised they got that message with all the static.

It’s not the static, it’s that he can hear thunder twenty miles away! My dog can do the same thing!

Kind of agree with Robert Watson above, you get in the habit of following a strip, and you just keep it up. It’s like comfort food, and it doesn’t really matter if it’s not that good. I don’t know, though, it seems like it’s a bit fresher since Mastroianni started working on it. Makes you wonder why Hart didn’t think of Wolf earlier.

It felt like Hart’s grandsons tried to make the strip a little edgier when they first started, but now it’s back to the duller humor it had for the last decade or so.Pre-nostalgia, in its younger days, the strip was actually rather edgy for its time at times.

Thats funny. Some of you old geezers are reading through the toons so fast you don’t even recognise “funny” anymore.

Either that or you didn’t put the softener sheet in when you put his coat in the dryer.

Actually dogs don’t like thunder and lightening because the lightening causes static electricity in their fur. So the are constantly getting a shock. Much like we do on a carpet.

Could it be that Wolfie went swimming and washed his fur and can’t do a thing with it?.Like Prof danglais said, “Humour is personal and subjective…” I also like the laid back and subtle humor in B.<. (I could not find a weird symbol to match the B. in the title B.C. above.)
