Those two have been pals since this strip began (I should know) and now these days they throw barbs at each other.
Trading quips is part of true friendship. No mean intent, just joshing each other.
@TXGAL… I like most people are City Folk. I wouldn’t want to see or smell a cow or pig birth… But that’s me.
I’ve watched video of a giraffe being born. After the shock of dropping out of the mom and flopping to the ground in a heap, it pretty much got up and started walking. A little slow, but he could walk.
She’d get off and walk, but she doesn’t want to leave him behind.
