I think it’s a primitive ALF.
He says to the flightless bird with hairy feathers.
Evolution is nature’s mad scientist. It will try things just for the fun of it. Most of the time, the experiment doesn’t do a thing. Sometimes it’s detrimental and every now and then, eureka!
