Ya know, I’ve never really seen a fat ant. . .

I didn’t think exoskeletons came with stretch fabric.

A non-toxic insect killer uses diatomaceous earth to split the exoskeleton when they walk over it so the insect dries out and dies. I have used it and it works great. No worries about the cat and/or dog getting into it.I think he is a goner unless he can get that super glue ASAP.

OK guys, admit it, my comment on yesterday’s strip was ultimately prophetic.

Somewhere, there is an anteater who is going to think he hit the jackpot when he shows up!

He should have said “I DID lose the weight, but my exoskeleton is all stretched out!”

Interesting name “Phil”… Maybe he’s evolving into a honeypot ant, filled with food that workers can tap at their convenience.

I’ve never really seen a fat insect unless it is an egg laying queen. But then these “humants” are hybrids created using ant & human DNA.
