Oh! My poor dog did that in my office once. Until then I hadn’t realized she’d never seen a glass door. Just walked right into it head-first like that last image of the dog here, only (luckily) at a walk.
One of my dogs is very sweet, but is very dopey. His previous owner lived wayyy out in the country. When the owner passed away, none of her relatives wanted any of her pets, so they ended up at various rescue groups. When I went to go get Bart, the rescue leader had us all go to an outdoor shopping area, to see how Bart would react to being on a leash, etc. We passed a storefront with a display window that reached the ground. Bart startled himself with his reflection! It was definitely a “how did you get there??” moment.
