I’m impressed that this is the first time the mother here (does she have a name?) has worried about the baby. I worried about my daughter often when she was in utero. She would “sit” quietly for long periods of time, so I would lie on my back or sit in a chair and bend forward to get her to move (because she was crowded) in order to know she was okay. It was only when she was out and about that I realized what I had been doing was the prenatal equivalent of nagging.

Our older son was whisked away too. Now a healthy 55 year old. Yep, traumatic
