Hard to train a puppy with a computer. And if you have something to glue together, a stack of books beats a CD all to heck. You know what else I miss? Card catalogues at the library; you could grab a drawer and go sit down, instead of waiting for some kid to finish a video game.

A few months ago I saw the first Phila. Enquirer in several years. I was horrified that the pages had been reduced to about 3/4-size.
