I have a treadmill which I use, but only when it is too nasty outside to walk. Used to have a stationary bike, but didn’t really care for it so after a couple of months, I sold it. I do ride my regular bike every now and then instead of driving somewhere. Saves gas and is good exercise.
We had both and I used both…as for a fav…I’d say the bike. Oh and my Rhodesian Ridgeback at the time was my trainer I couldn’t stop till the music stopped. If I did she’d get up and give me the “look”…..

We own both exercise machines , but we use them as clothes horses :o)
