Should I mention that all those fans are actually heating the house?

I’m moving to a new apartment in a few months. It uses gas & electric with A/C. I’ve never had gas or A/C before, but I checked with the local electric company to get an average monthly cost. Doesn’t seem much different than what I have now. I don’t heat with the electric baseboard heat I currently have, I use space heaters. Summer I’ve used fans and one window A/C and cooling unit.

Depends on how well insulated the apartment is and how efficient the A/C functions.

Ok, when my adoptive dad died, his wife (germany) turned off the air conditioning & the house was ruined. After her death we had to sell at a much lower price than the 4bd/3be house w/in ground pool was worth!!!! Don’t turn off your a/c!!! Just run it at a higher temperature & it will run!!! Believe me, they need to run!!!!!
