I wonder why. It might be because he’s a junk food junkie but I could be wrong about that.
I was up to 25,000 steps a day before the pandemic. I didn’t lose any weight, but my cholesterol improved noticeably. :)

He’s feeling chipper today.
At 80 years old, my Dr. recommended 7500 steps a day for me.
I have a Tony Little Gazelle and use it regularly. I’ve had it for about 15-17 years and it’s helped lower my A1C a lot.
