Work, like the poor, you will always have. Kids grow up and then you realize you wasted your time at the office.

What a downer Ben is. Glad i had a grandfather who saw life in an optimistic way. Sorry, and very sorry for any grandchildren of people like Ben.

Homework is useless. Multiple studies have shown that it accomplishes nothing. By 8th grade I told my daughter to stop bringing it home. We’re not allowed to go to the school and intrude with home things, so why should the school be allowed to tear into our precious home family time?Check it out. Homework is useless. My daughter passed that year with straight B’s. That’s how important it is to grades, too.

It’s best to do your homework in place you won’t be distracted.

A job must be enjoyable or it’s not worth the money you get from it.

When I was a child my mom went to parent teacher night and all the parents were complaining about the teacher giving so much homework that the children were working on it all night. Mom asked me the next morning about my homework – if the teacher is giving assignments that take so long – why am I never doing it? I told her (the truth) I did it on the 15/20 minute school bus ride coming home.

When husband and I were dating while in college he could not understand why he never saw me doing homework. One day I had to read a book for some class and write a paper on it. I went to the library read the first chapter, a chapter in the middle at random and then the last chapter and wrote the paper. He was sure I was going to get a failing grade. Got a B.

I was a very lazy student who was perfectly happy with B’s instead of A’s if I could do less work and get by.
