    In actuality, people with less money end up buying starchy staples and it leads to bigger waistlines. Fresh meat and veggies is the expensive part of any food budget, and is less fattening. :P

    You don’t have to eat less; you have to eat less healthy. One good thing about food inflation is I earn points for gasoline discounts much quicker. I’m not sure it makes up for the inflation in the gas but it helps.
