The proper motivation.

My wife had been a professional masseuse at a medical complex for 20 years before going back to college. I was a “talented amateur”. We would exchange massages two or three times a week. Our friends were quite envious.

However, it’s no good giving him a massage, if he has a heart attack shoveling snow too fast.

Also, people are not to be treated as trained animals. The one time my wife tried this “reward” tactic on me, I told her the next time would cause a divorce. Do it out of love or not at all.

Fine… unless by over exertion he brings on a coronary.

Nothing like a reward to motivate you.

When we used to clear the snow with a blower – it took both of us to push it – and we were much younger then.
