    Sigh. Here it has ranged between 10F and 65F in the last two weeks. I never know when to put on the parka and when to wear short sleeves. Winter in the Pacific Northwest while going through climate change. . . .

    In the northeastern part of North America (the Atlantic Provinces, to be specific), we bring out the Winter clothing in late September (or early October). Sure, we get the occasional nice day, but chances of that are not the best. April will be here in 2 more months …
