You know those socks are fashionable when they contain less than half the production material of ordinary socks, and still cost between one and a half times and twice the price. Actually that’s a bit like women’s lingerie, the less fabric the more you pay for it, so yeah Bub, it’s underwear ;)
Considering how many boys wear boxers that hang down below their shorts, and how young women now adjust their bra straps so they’re not under whatever shoulder straps their tops have, I’ve come to the conclusion that underwear is something that young people want showing. I’ll admit that I don’t understand why, unless they want to make sure people know they’re actually wearing it.
My ankle sockes cover my ankles. They have nice little cuff.Keep the feet warm. Those THINGS that Bud has are floor mitts. They slide down your heels, shrunch under your arches. And make it hard to walk. Besides leaving you with cold feet.

Well, put it that way….. they do live in the underwear drawer, and I very seldom wear them over my shoes.
But I’m kinda naughty, I guess cos I wear black ones and I let them show.
