Hook up a regular sized keyboard to it. Corded or wireless, but it will make typing much easier. Of course, having a keyboard makes it more cumbersome, so you may not want to do that all the time. Still, it is very helpful at home.
Use a Nintendo stylus.
Just turn it sideways silly. Then bring up the keyboard and type.
