Excellent question; to give one example, nowadays you’re supposed to know not only what (or what not) to eat, but also when (or not) to eat it. Granted, there are plenty of us who can stand to improve our diet and exercise habits, yet I often get the impression that assorted ‘experts’ in these areas make it sound far more complicated than it has to be.
It is too complicated. My 3rd class this afternoon is a basic wushu for adults that haven’t stretched or kicked for years. I am going to be so stiff tomorrow.
